Today, a new route for the first time drove cars, yesterday tunnel was open for pedestrians and cyclists.
After yesterday’s open day, from today, the tunnel can only ride the cars.
Work on the construction of the tunnel lasted four years. The new route connects Gdansk route Slovak with Route Sucharskiego and the cost of the entire project together with the nearby roundabout is at 885 million zlotys (about 85 per cent. Of investments financed with EU funds).
