Mobile on pre-paid card can be disabled at the end of the year, if the people who use them, do not give your personal data operators. According to the bill, such counterterrorism phones will have to be registered.
According to the new draft anti-terror law pre-paid cards to be registered and sold only after the administration of the data seller.
Obligation registration will be also applied to people who are already holders of phone card. According to the guidelines, anyone who has a device for pre-paid card will have to report to the operator in order to register. Otherwise, under the Act, telecom operators are required to turn off the phone and to cease the provision of telecommunications services.
According to the assumptions, the Anti-Terror Law will come into force on 1 June. Turning off unregistered phones is expected at the end of 2,016 years.
In Poland, about 29 million people are users of phones on the card.
