the building has partially collapsed, most likely will no longer be suitable for reconstruction. The building did not have the gas, according to preliminary findings of firefighters working at the scene, the explosion caused a mishandling of one of the tenants of the gas cylinder.
At the time of the explosion in the building, there were probably 10 people, residents and visitors. Some of them went to the hospital. Continues searching the rubble with rescue dogs.
