Three prisoners suing Jaroslaw Kaczynski – Cable Republic

Three prisoners Prison in Sosnowiec decided to file a lawsuit against the head of the Law and Justice – informed Radio ZET.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski during a march of Freedom and Solidarity on 13 December 2015 allegedly had utter a word about the “Communists and thieves.” This statement offended prisoners, although in reality the phrase “communists and thieves” used the party vice-president Joachim Brudzinski.

The prisoners felt offended also torn out of context a phrase from an interview for Czech Television about “worse Sorci Poles.” In fact, the former Prime Minister said: – This is repeated. This habit denounce Poland abroad. In Poland, it is the fatal tradition of national treason. And it is precisely to establish this. It is in the genes of some people, the worst sorts of Poles. The worst sort of Poles are extremely active, because it feels threatened.
