The armed group Kurdistan Freedom Falcons (TAK) claimed to have carried out the Sunday bombing in Ankara. The organization has announced to conduct further attacks. Members acknowledged that the aim of the attacks were to be uniformed services.
The militants have published this information on its website. Grouping admitted that the attack was “revenge” for the run since July 2015, the activities of the Turkish security forces dominated by people Kurdish south-eastern part of the country.
YES marked in a statement that the attack in the Turkish capital was aimed at the security forces and had lead to civilian casualties. They stressed, however, that it was impossible to avoid them.
Earlier local authorities suspected that the Kurds are responsible for the attack. Just that nationality was supposed to be two of the bombers.
In Sunday’s attack in the Turkish capital killed 37 people, mostly civilians, and about 125 were injured.
