CBA detained vice-rector WAT | Czech Television – Czech Television

Bialystok officers of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested Professor Marius F. vice-rector for. Development of the Military Technical Academy in Warsaw and Peter S. – employee Department of Computer Science of this university.

In a multithreaded investigation carried out by the Delegation of the CBA in Bialystok, and by the local Podlaski Branch Campus Department. Organized Crime and Corruption National Prosecutor’s Office are tested threads corrupt conduct of public officials in state institutions, including the Military Technical Academy in Warsaw.

the findings of the investigation indicate that the detained men conclude the apparent agreement, illegally usurping funds allocated to research projects carried out at the Military Technical Academy in Warsaw . The officers searched their offices in WAT protecting data carriers and documentary evidence of their illegal activities.

The prosecutor’s office professor Mariusz F. heard a complaint concerning the negative regulation of property to the detriment of WAT over 210 thousand. zł. Both detainees were charged for crimes against the credibility of documents and obstructing the investigation. WAT employees have been suspended in his duties, and additionally Mariusz F. pays 30 thousand. zł bail.
