The initiation of the investigation into the reported Ewa Burdzińska of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Gdansk. She explained that the Puck district prosecutor’s office opened an investigation on its own initiative – based on media reports, and on Monday investigators interviewed one of the witnesses in this case.
Burdzińska added that the investigation had been initiated under the terms of art. 256 par. 1 taken in conjunction with Article. 257 of the Penal Code and – after the initiation of proceedings, the materials in this case will be sent to the Prosecutor’s Office Gdańsk-Downtown, which is responsible for conducting proceedings related to this type of crime.
The investigation was supervised by District Prosecutor’s Office in Gdansk. As reported on Monday the Faculty of Social Communication and Promotion of the Ministry of Justice, it happened at the behest of the Minister of Justice. – Proceedings moving towards the prosecution of an offense under Art. 119 § 1 of the Penal Code and others – also announced a ministerial Department of Communication.
The case was publicized in the Fri. “Open Text” Television Republic in the episode aired on March 17. The program was presented made secretly recording in which the German entrepreneur says, among others, “I hate the Poles, not that I do not like them, I hate them. They are all cwelami and idiots. It is better in Africa. You are shit.” “Yes, I am! I’m a Nazi! It’s the fault of the country (Polish), so that I am” – he also had to talk business. “I’d kill all Poles. I would not have a problem with it” – you can also hear on the recording.
The day after the broadcast of the program Pomeranian PiS MP Dorota Arciszewska-Mielewczyk sent to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General – Zbigniew Ziobro, open letter, which informed about the case. She added that – in its view, acting in Pomerania German entrepreneur broke not only the Polish law. “According to my knowledge, the promotion of fascism is also prohibited in Germany. Therefore, please consider the ability to inform the German law enforcement and to provide the German justice any legal assistance in this case” – wrote deputy.
