As learned RMF FM, the new president of PKP PLK is Ireneusz Merchel, the current director of the Department of Railways in Olsztyn. They were also two members of the management board responsible for the investment and the use of EU projects – Vladimir Zmuda and Margaret Kuczewska-Grace.
