The court at the request of our established a ban on the sale of land at ul. Chmielna 70 – announced on Twitter mayor of the capital. The judgment gave the District Court for Warsaw – Downtown in Warsaw.
The order is written to ban the disposal and encumbrance of real estate at the Palace of Culture until the end brought by the city of proceedings.
The case concerns the re-privatization scandals, which is directly affected by Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz. The property is controversial after it transpired was the matter of the return parcel at Chmielna 70. City returned it in 2012. In the hands of private individuals who have acquired claims to the heirs, even though earlier, former co-owner of the property – a citizen of Denmark – was awarded for her compensation under an international agreement.
authorities of the capital say that the wine is the Ministry of Finance, which did not provide officials the appropriate documents proving the payment of the said compensation. Town Hall made so notification of suspected offense by officials of the Ministry.
The plot is estimated at 160 million zł.
