The situation had come on Wednesday evening in an apartment in Gdańsk’s Orunia . Between young brawl broke out. In a fit of rage Dominik W. had hurt his partner with a knife and escape from the scene. He was detained by the police a few hours after the incident. The woman was taken to hospital. Her life and health is not in danger.
Expertise police revealed that the grandson of the former president was not under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Gdansk prosecutors charged him with committing a crime under article 157 of the Criminal Code ie causing injury time more than 7 days. Behind act penalty of 3 months to 5 years imprisonment.
