Deutsche Welle held on 5 September interview in which the Minister Akif Cagatay Kilic spoke on a number of previously agreed issues. Affected, in particular, about a recent attempted coup and the wave of arrests that followed it. The Minister also spoke about press freedom and the rights of women. Immediately after the interview, the recording was seized but through the Minister’s office. The Ministry says that at present that the questions that were asked during the interview were not those that had previously been solved.
