Kulisy24.pl reached a secret annex to the agreement concluded between Jaroslaw Kaczynski, Jaroslaw Gowin and Zbigniew Ziobro. The document states that the parties scrupulously split among themselves places on electoral lists.
The agreement was concluded United Right July 19 last year. Attachment which they reached Michal Majewski and Agnieszka Burzyńska has eight pages. As journalists say is the nature of the secret and most politicians united Right never had access to it. And that the provisions of this document govern the allocation of seats between political forces united not only in the autumn parliamentary elections, but also in elections to the European Parliament in 2019 years. It shows that the lists were provided with m.in place Pawel Kowal and Andrzej Dera, who at the moment the lists themselves are not. A few days ago, the same interested – Paul Smith – said on the air TV republic, that the Law and Justice does not comply with the contract.
The distribution of seats on the electoral lists in the autumn parliamentary elections, according to the annex are as follows:
1. Solidarity Poland Zbigniew Ziobro and Poland together are entitled to 10 sites included in the forthcoming elections to the Sejm and after 5 seats falling in the elections to the Senate.
2. The Parties shall define the place included as a corresponding number of seats won in that region by the Law and Justice in 2011, which means that if PiS in the district won 5 seats – space included from 1 to 5. Place coming to the Senate is a district in which the PiS a mandate in 2011.
3. United Poland Zbigniew Ziobro and Poland Total reserve the right to exchange the people on the lists of the indicated counties and places with the principles arising from the gender parity and after obtaining the approval of the Law and Justice.
4. Law and Justice under the agreement dated 19 July 2014. Guarantees a place on the lists in elections to the Sejm in 2015. The following people:

The document signed by the President of the Law and Justice Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the president Together Polish President Jaroslaw Gowin and Polish Solidarity Zbigniew Ziobro ends provision stipulating that the provisions of this annex may be amended only with the unanimous consent of the parties.
