The former president of Olsztyn convicted of raping a pregnant woman – Television Republic

Czeslaw Malkowski, according to the judgment of the district court in Osterode, he is guilty of the rape of a subordinate clerk, who was at that time in the last weeks of pregnancy. He was also convicted of attempted rape on other employees. The judgment is not final.

Czeslaw Malkowski was president of Olsztyn in 2001-2008. He had used sexually its workers in the first four years in office. Part of the charges against him has been previously barred.

Małkowski is currently a councilor Olsztyn. He competed in the recent local elections for president, but lost to the candidate of PO 500 votes.
