Prosecutor’s Office indicted businessman Mark Falenta, his brother- in-law and partner Christopher N. Rybka and Luke (waiter and former manager of a restaurant Owl & amp; Friends) and Konrad L. (former sommelier of the restaurant Amber Room).
A spokeswoman for the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office Warsaw-Prague Renata Mazur announced during a press conference that the facts were based not only on the media and the opinions of experts, but above all on testimonies of witnesses.
– Among approx. 300 people questioned, were also victims – Mazur said, adding that the indictment includes 66 interviews involving 100 people. – We were able to establish the identity of 97 of them – she added.
– Prosecutors have determined that the main motive was business and financial interests. Material evidence does not give grounds for believing that the accused acted in an organized criminal group – said Mazur.
