Warsaw, 07/09/2015 (ISBnews) – Profilm sp. z oo, ATM Grupa signed an agreement with Polish Television consecutive seasons for the implementation of the series “Father Matthew”. The value of the agreement amounts to 12.75 million zł.
“The Board of ATM Grupa SA announces that the company and its subsidiaries have entered into in the last eight months with Polish Television SA agreements, which together meet the criterion of significant contract ie. Their total value is 34 185 thousand. zł, which exceeds 10% of the equity of the company. These agreements concern the production of television programs and the provision of technical services and rental okołoprodukcyjnych studies for TVP “- reads.
The highest value contract is an agreement dated 26 August 2015 r. signed by the company Profilm sp. the implementation of successive seasons of “Father Matthew”. The value of this agreement amounts to 12 750 thousand. zł, they are also given.
ATM Group is the largest independent producer of television and film in Poland. In operation since 1992, and the only one in the industry has the status of a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
