The agreement will enable the continuation and development of the project by extending the RSO for all programs of the third multiplex (MUX-3), as well as the gradual replenishment system with new guides dealing with crisis situations.
During the signing of the agreement adopted a timetable for implementing the system fully ready for action. This means that 1 January 2015. Regional Warning System will be fully utilized in the Regional TVP and Mobile Apps. 1 July 2015. RSO will cover the entire MUX-3, or all channels TVP broadcast on terrestrial digital television and SMS messaging (for those who wish to receive such messages by notifying your phone number to the base of the Provincial Crisis Management Center).
The Regional Warning System is now available in digital terrestrial television in the digital terrestrial multiplex MUX-3 in the regional programs: the standard HbbTV, teletext, using the DVB subtitles. RSO mobile application gives you access to messages generated by the provincial disaster management centers of provincial offices across the country (each province). How does it work?
