The director of the press office of the president, Marek Magierowski told a press briefing that Andrzej Duda will not accept the oath of the judges elected in the previous term of the Sejm by the PO-PSL coalition. But, as he said, tomorrow will be sworn in as a judge Julia Przyłębska fifth with a group of five judges elected by the current parliament.
                 

Magierowski noted that the president has not changed the decision and tomorrow will be sworn in Judge Julia Przyłębska. As he explained Andrzej Duda could not take vows of three judges chosen by the Sejm previous term, because the number of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal would be unconstitutional.
