The agency reports that the document came into the possession of US commandos who in May conducted a special operation in eastern Syria. The Ambassador of Iraq to the UN, Mohamed Ali Alhakim, said in an interview with reporters Reuters, the document should be considered by the Security Council. In his opinion, it may be evidence that trafficking in human organs is one of the Islamic State revenue sources.
