As has informed the Government Information Centre, Health Minister submits his resignation on Thursday before the Parliament during the first sitting of the Sejm. Earlier, in an interview with TVN reporter president Andrzej Duda said that the resignation will be accepted at the Presidential Palace.
During the celebration of Independence Day at Pilsudski Square in Warsaw, Andrzej Duda and Ewa Kopacz had a brief conversation. The president in an interview with “facts” TVN said that the exchange was disagreement on this, where will the adoption of the resignation of the Prime Minister. – We agreed that it will take place in the palace. It was not a long conversation – said Duda.
The statement in this case also made government spokesman Cezary Tomczyk. “In accordance with Art. 162 of the Constitution the President of the Council of Ministers at the first sitting of the Sejm is obliged to resign. Inform you that the Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz will resign before the Parliament on the first day meeting of 12 November 2015″ – wrote Tomczyk.
Later, his own statement also issued Presidential Palace. “Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland informs that President Andrzej Duda spoke with Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz on the spot to resign. President of the Republic did not invite the Prime Minister tomorrow to the Presidential Palace” – said in the letter.
On the other hand collaborator Andrzej Duda Martin Kedryn announced on Twitter that during the conversation, which took place at Pilsudski Square president and prime minister agreed that Ewa Kopacz after submitting his resignation in the parliament will come to the Presidential Palace.
