Two people have died and seven were detained by anti-terrorist operation, which was over five hours carried out in the northern district of Paris – Saint-Denis. There are several people injured. At the moment there is no confirmed information on the identity of detainees or victims.
The French media report that the aim of the French anti-terrorists in the northern district of Paris Saint-Denis was the capture of Abdelhamid Abaaouda, a key suspect of carrying out Friday’s attacks and he could participate in the exchange of fire.
Information on the victims were contradictory. Initially spoke of three. Most likely as a result of action, however, two people were killed, including a woman suicide bomber who blew herself up in the air. It was also injured at least five policemen. Their injuries are not serious.
The shooting began at approx. 4.30. According to witnesses in the area could hear explosions. On site appeared helicopter and ambulance.
