Deputy Minister Joanna Wronecka is a diplomat, a trained Arabists, graduated from the Arabic philology at Warsaw University. He defended his doctoral thesis in 1985 at the Faculty of Modern Languages at the University of Warsaw in the field of Arab-Muslim philosophy. She was on academic programs in Algeria, Egypt and France.
Since 1993 he has worked in the foreign service moving up the career ladder from an expert by the adviser to the minister, governor, deputy director and director of the department and the titular ambassador. In 1996-1998, she was deputy director of the Department of the United Nations System, and from 1998 to 1999 director of the Department for Africa and the Middle East. In 2003-2005 she held the position of Director of the Secretariat of the Minister. For four years (1999-2003) was a Polish Ambassador in Cairo, and from 2005 to 2010 Ambassador in Rabat.
In September 2010 decision of the High Representative. Common Foreign and Security Policy, Ambassador Joanna Wronecka was appointed head of the Delegation European Union in Amman. From September 2015. she served as adviser. Arab states, the Middle East peace process and Iran at the Department of Africa and the Middle East MFA – we read on the website of the Ministry.
