The Supreme Court today considered the complaint relatives of victims of the Smolensk plane crash. The judges departed her and found no excessive length of the investigation conducted by the Military District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
The meeting of the Military Chamber of the Supreme Court was undisclosed. Decisions taken by Wieslaw judges blues, Mark Pietruszyński and Andrew Tomczyk.

The investigation is extended until October 10, but it will not yet final term. All the circumstances indicate that by the end of this year, the investigation did not manage to finish – gave the prosecutor’s office.
