After the tragedy in Chattanooga, where 24-year-old man shot at unarmed soldiers in points recruiting, armed civilians decided to watch points, until they believe they will be sufficiently protected. The Pentagon would like to thank for helping citizens, but asks for failure “civil patrols”.
