A few days ago in Nowa Sol was demolished monument Brotherhood of Arms Soldiers of the Polish Army and the Red Army. In its place will be a monument commemorating the heroes who fought for Poland. Soldiers Monument Brotherhood of Arms Polish Army and the Red Army was erected in 1967, it was built to mark the 50th anniversary of the outbreak of the October Revolution.
Six years ago a decision on the demolition of the monument took the president Nowa Sol Vadim Tyszkiewicz, with the approval of veterans and solidarity.
