During yesterday’s storm, in Silesia was lost international train Chopin.
Train plied on the route Vienna – Warsaw – Warsaw. According to PKP Intercity she was lost between Zebrzydowicami and Katowice at approx. 3 in the morning.
According to the plan in Katowice he had to appear before the hour. 5 a.m. After an overnight storm on the route the train was broken railway traction.
The accident occurred in one of the “holes phones”. The train was stuck in the woods between Kobiór and Pszczyna. During this morning firefighters were trying to locate him with Pszczyny. According to Dziennik Zachodni in place already operate auxiliary units whose task is to bring the composition to the nearest station.
PKP Intercity is trying to arrange alternative transport for 121 passengers of the train. In recent times it was difficult due to the effects of the storm.
