Alexander Ostrowski went missing when he descended on skis together with the other mountaineer Peter Śnigórskim, toward the base on the slopes of Gasherbrum II in Karakorum mountain range.
The head of rescue operations suspect that Ostrowski could fall into a hidden slot. The campaign coordinates the Himalayan Kinga Baranowska, who was already on Gasherbrum II.
In search of help, three Pakistani Sherpas .
Gasherbrum II is the lowest eight-thousander Karakoram mountain chain, located on the border between India, Pakistan and China.
