Pope Francis in Paraguay. “Let’s Build always room … – Television Republic

Pope Francis during his visit to Paraguay appealed for peace. – Let’s build always room! Also the room from day to day, living room everyday life, in which all participate -I told in Asuncion.

Francis in a speech to government officials in the Presidential Palace in Asuncion and in the presence of Horacio Cartes, the Head of State referred to the history of Pragwaju, wars, fraternal conflict and human rights violations . – How much pain, how many deaths – he said.

He stressed that it is full of praise for the people of Paraguay in his stubbornness in the pursuit of peace.

– The nation which forgets its past, its history and its roots, there is no future. Memory firmly rooted in justice, far from feelings of revenge and hatred, transforms the past into a source of inspiration to build the future agreement and harmony, realizing our tragedy and senselessness of war. No more fratricidal war! Let’s build always room! Also the room from day to day, living room everyday life, in which all participate, avoiding arrogant gestures, words that hurt, despotic actions, and while supporting the understanding, dialogue and cooperation – the Holy Father spoke.

The Pope said also the obligation of transparency in management and robust fight against corruption. – The poor and needy should be at the forefront of – he said.

– They should not stop efforts of all actors of society in order to were no longer children without access to education, families without homes, workers without decent work, farmers without land to grow and many people forced to emigrate toward an uncertain future – said the Pope. He also noted that Paraguay for many years engaged in implementing a strong and stable democracy project

The visit of Pope Francis in Paraguay ends his eight-day trip through Latin America. Previously, the Holy Father visited Ecuador and Bolivia.
