In the District Court in Krakow will begin today a lawsuit against the creators of the German TV series “Generation War”. The process brought an 90-year-old Army soldier and the World Association of Home Army Soldiers for the infringement of personal rights in the form of the right to national identity, the right to national pride and national dignity and freedom from hate speech.
In the series, they were among other scenes, which have argued that the Army was allegedly complicit in crimes against the Jewish people. On the other hand, Germany is represented in the film as the de facto victims of the Second World War.
