TV Puls is the third largest commercial broadcaster in Poland. In front of her are just Polsat and TVN. To help in achieving this result are mainly investments in programming schedule. In autumn Puls television viewers will be able to watch such films as such. “Agents” with Mark Wahlberg and Denzel Washington, “The Bourne Legacy”, “Inglourious Basterds” and “Ted”. CEO hopes also that the station will fall hit TV series “librarians”, which for the first time will be televised nationwide. In turn, the Pulse 2 premiere will be more animated films, such as the TV series “Alvin and the Chipmunks” or “The guys from the jungle to the rescue”. Pulse 2 September will also be available in HD for the biggest cable operator in the country – UPC.

Another channel?

Until September 18 the sender can apply for a place on the eighth of digital terrestrial television multiplex. Will be on the spot for four channel universal commercial broadcasters. However, stations will have to take into account the network schedule programs with the profile set by the regulator. The first is to have a profile film and serialowy, the second – to promote a healthy lifestyle, the third – broadcast programs devoted to the development of society, economy, culture and moral changes, the last one to be devoted to current events from different parts of Polish. – For sure we launch the competition for one channel, film and serialowy. By the end of the week we will decide whether we will apply for additional space – says Dąbski.

Second wait

In February Dariusz Dąbski he did not rule out entry into this year’s TV Puls public. Now, however, he believes that the time for entering the Warsaw Stock Exchange is not suitable. – We have a precarious situation in the stock market. TVN soon to be withdrawn from trading by new owners – says Dąbski. And he adds: – We do not need now debut on the stock exchange. However, we do not rule out such a possibility in the future.
