TV Puls is the third largest commercial television group in Poland – the owner of two national terrestrial television channels and TV Puls PULS 2.

Both channels offer the best for entertainment (movies, series, documentaries, animations). TV Puls is working with the world’s biggest record labels: NBCUniversal, Warner Bros., Disney, FOX, Discovery, Viacom, Sony and many others.

The TV Puls in February 2015 it reached 6% share (SHR) in the Polish market TV: TV Puls – 3.99%, PULS 2 – 2.01%.

We are looking for is currently a candidate / candidates for the position of:
 Director. Operational
 Ref. DO / 03/2015

The main tasks:

– Management back office TV Puls correctly, ie operating departments such as IT, Accounting, Human Legal, Security and Administration Department, including:
– Manage the preparation of financial analysis, budgets, forecastów, financial statements and tax reports and business plans, remedial and monitoring performance during the financial year
 - Management of the Company’s liquidity and financial
 - Verification of the terms of contracts entered into by the Company
 - Tax optimization
 - Participation in the creation of sales strategy, clearing broker and significant sales projects
 - Predicting problems in each of the subordinate areas, preventing their occurrence, proactive search for solutions to improve the work of the teams.
 - Close cooperation with the President of TV Puls, to participate in the work on improving and the search for solutions to the whole business. Being ‘right hand’ and advisor of the President of TV Puls in all operational matters Puls TV station.
 - Contributing to the development of a vision and strategy for the coming years the station.

Requirements:
 - Minimum 5 years experience working in the television industry, the Internet or telecommunications in a similar position
 - Knowledge of issues related to the management of a modern business structure
 - Excellent knowledge of the media market and extensive professional contacts
 - Highly motivated to achieve the goals
 - Very good communication skills
 - Excellent organization of work, including the effectiveness and timeliness of the tasks and the ability to set priorities
 - Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
