Television Dożd appointed to the chair of launchers and missiles Alexei Sołodownikowa, who talked about the invention during the international exhibition Innovation Day the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation Kubinka, 60 km west of Moscow.

Dożd submitted that the generator can produce any type of aerosol clouds. According to the station, such artificial fog can hide mobile missile launchers (eg. Against satellites) may also hinder guidance for not defending high-precision destruction.

Dożd stressed that the fog can mask the launchers of intercontinental ballistic missiles RS -24 Jars, RS-12m2 Topol-M and RS-12M Topol. Serpukhov generator can also be used to disinfect and degazyfikacji military equipment.

Dożd also pointed out that so far the mask mobile rocket launcher in the armed forces of Russia generally used one-off smoke bombs.
