Deaf people from Ukraine will have a web TV of information being given in sign language. The project implements the Rzeszów Centre for Education and Support “RES-GEST” in cooperation with in the Association “Green Cross” from Lviv. It is to be based on already operating in Poland Glusitv television.
There will be a traditional television “newsgroup”. He has to inform in sign language on matters of importance for the deaf – eg. Labor, changes in the law, but also about cultural events, sports or related to learning sign language. The cost of the project is approx. 60 thousand. PLN – 40,000 comes from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the framework of the “Eastern dimension of Polish foreign policy 2015″.
Internet TV for the deaf in Ukraine is to be launched in late November and early December.
