Board of Astro SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today the seat of the Company received signed a contract with Polish Television with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Purchaser”). Based on the agreement, the Company indicated to the Purchaser produce another 45 episodes of the game show “Family Feud.”
Legal basis: § 3 paragraph. 2 item 2) of Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System “Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect”.
