Renata Skawińska, the first ever woman in charge of the Central Bureau of Investigation Police, resigned from the post. According to unofficial information, the reason for the decision are health problems.
Over the last two weeks Renata Skawińska was on sick leave because she felt ill at one of the briefings, where immediately was taken to hospital. On Monday, the head of CBŚP returned to work and immediately asked the police chief Jaroslaw Szymczyk about the dismissal of the commander of CBŚP.
According to TVN24, the duties of head CBŚP can take Kamil Bracha, who was previously deputy Skawińska.
