The station TVN24 reports that the European Commission adopted a critical opinion about the rule of law in Poland. There will however be published. At 12.30 pm a press conference will occur EC Vice President Frans Timmermans. Moreover, Vice-President of the European Commission had said the prime minister Szydło that the opinion does not start the next step of the procedure, and will only be part of the dialogue. If indeed this had happened, it would be out of date period of two weeks during which the government should respond to the opinion of the European Commission. Note, however, that the procedure itself was never previously applied, so Timmermans could be interpreted according to its own discretion.
Recommendations and what next?
