In the Hall of the “Promised Land” ran vacancies. Part of viewers watching co NInA and TVP2 on a giant screen in the courtyard of the Institute, and the trials and tribulations of the director and actors of fictional Popular Theatre pointowały hot reactions and outbursts of laughter.
– At a time when social groups to protect themselves from each other, we wanted this, to show a place where you meet people from different backgrounds class: just such a place is the theater – said Monika Strzępka during a meeting with the audience, not hiding that one of the inspirations “Artists” was the series “House.”
– We were lucky to work with actors who had played our performances, so we understood the flight – he told Paul Demirski. In the series, which Twin will show in the fall, there is a galaxy of stars: Ewa Dałkowska, Agnieszka Glińska, Dorothy Segda, Ewa Skibińska, Edward Lubaszenko, Jerzy Trela, Tadeusz Huk, Marcin Czarnik, Tomasz Karolak, Maciej Nowak, Andrzej Seweryn, Jan Klata.
the festival opened the meeting with a prominent film director Agnieszka Holland, president of the Program Council NInA. The conversation led Michael Merczyński, director NInA.
– We now have a wave of new series, but remember that in the 70′s was founded in Poland, many production of this type – said Agnieszka Holland, director author of “Come Rain” and two episodes cult “House Of Cards”. – Our challenge should be to foster a Polish TV series, which communicate with the awareness of the audience, but also for them a challenge and an opportunity for reflection – she added.
