In the resort of Hua Hin on the Gulf of Siam, there were two explosions – tells the BBC. 1 person is dead and 12 injured.
According to local police the bombs were to be hidden pots of flowers and detonated by mobile phone. Broke out in the district popular with foreign tourists, full of bars and restaurants. The explosion had come in 30 minute intervals.
So far identified one fatality. 12 people were injured, including nine foreign tourists, but local authorities did not give their nationalities yet.
According to the BBC, the amachy bombings in Thailand occur regularly in the three southern provinces of the country, which are destroyed by the separatist rebels for 12 years.
