CODE-wishers in the past few months have criticized Prime Minister Beata Awl for the lack of publication of decisions of the Constitutional Court, while expressing its support for the Tribunal. After the verdict was announced on Facebook CODE-in entry appeared “(…) So … Beata, post :).”

Today at. 11 Constitutional Court, in a 12-man squad, found partly unconstitutional a law on TK by PiS. Unconstitutional, the judges recognized m.in: general principle of examining applications in order of receipt, the ability to block the full court judgment by four judges, a record that the President of the Constitutional Tribunal directs a request for the judgment to the Prime Minister, the exclusion of the judgment 9.03 from the obligation to publish, unconstitutional commitment President TK, committed to the rule of three judges elected by the current parliament. A dissenting opinion to the judgment made Judges: Peter Pszczółkowski, Julia Przyłębska and Zbigniew Jędrzejewski.
