The officers Gdansk CBA went into the City Hall. As established TV Republic, looking for documentation on the reasons for changing the zoning plan in Gdansk Jelitkowo.
It’s a housing estate, where the Mayor of Gdansk Pawel Adamowicz and his family acquired on preferential terms three apartments.
Steps have been CBA commissioned by the Department for Branch. Organized Crime and Corruption National Prosecutor’s Office in Wrocław. It is suspected that the preferential prices were in fact benefit assets, and the Treasury could lose the taxes of EUR 750 thousand. respectively.
On the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, we read that “Gdansk agents CBA protect the City Hall in Gdansk documentation regarding the circumstances of the change of the local spatial development plan in Gdansk Jelitkowo, where he founded a housing estate, where the Mayor of the City of Gdansk along with the immediate family bought on preferential terms three apartments (…) at the same time it protects the CBA documents related to the conclusion of the contract between the Office of the City of Gdansk and the developer under which office gave ownership of the land on which arose residential (…) protected documentation will be verified undertaken with the redemption proceedings regarding adoption by Pawel Adamowicz material benefit of considerable value as a result of the purchase at preferential prices of three flats on the estate and non-disclosure in the period from 2006 – 2011 r. to the competent tax authority the subject of taxation in the form of revenue, which constitutes a total of the amount of more than 750 000 zł. ”
