The District Prosecutor’s Office in Gorzow Wielkopolski opened an investigation into the organization of Woodstock, which took place in 2011-2015. The authority will examine whether the festival was organized under the terms of which are set out in law.
The notice can be read that the number of participants of the festival was notoriously reduced by the organizer. According to a document in 2011 in Kostrzyn, played with more than 700,000 people, and the event was reported only 110,000. This influenced the safety issues of the festival. The effect of this was to be four consent when the local edition of the event.
The mayor denies the allegations, explaining that they are misguided.
