Today before noon in Moscow set off a march commemorating the murder of Boris Nemtsov. The parade was attended by over 20 thousand. people – gives RMF FM.
Boris Nemtsov, one of the leaders of the democratic opposition in Russia, exactly a year ago, was shot in the heart of Moscow, before the walls of the Kremlin. At the commemoration of his death he did not agree with the Russian Duma. The authorities did not agree on a march to the place where last year shot of Russian politics. This place is guarded by the police.
The organizer of the march of the Republican Party of Russia – the National Freedom Party, which stands in opposition to the local government. Previously, Nemtsov was one of its leaders. It is the largest initiative of this party of the year.
Commemoration of the anniversary of the death of Russian dissident was also held in other cities of Russia. Marches passed through the streets of St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Kazan and Saratov – reported Echo of Moscow. In Novosibirsk was opened while a photo exhibition dedicated to Niemcowowi.
The murder took place on February 27, 2015. At approx. 23.40 (21.40 in Poland) on the big Moskworeckim Bridge, adjacent to the Wasiliewskiego Spusku, which is an extension of the Red Square.
