The District Court of Warsaw-Downtown Robert Winnicki sentenced for “inciting violence against the police.” If the judgment becomes final, the deputy Kukiz’15 lose its mandate – informs portal 24legnica.pl.
Recall that in 2014 during anti-government demonstrations National Movement in Warsaw Vinnytsia encouraged through a megaphone to the crowd broke the power of the police cordon that obstructs the entrance to the Sejm and broke to the Houses of Parliament. According to the judgment of the Vinnytsia has to pay 2,250 zł fine, and if the judgment becomes final, it will lose the mandate.
