Government Legislation Centre published a new regulation on driving tests and training drivers – reported Radio ZET. This means that the driver training centers have gained a legal basis to carry out national examinations.
At midnight regulation expired on egzaminowaniu drivers under the existing rules. The new regulations, regulating the examination of drivers, not yet published in the Official Gazette, so some centers examining drivers resulted scheduled for today deadlines – reported earlier Radio ZET.
– We have no legal basis, to carry out state examinations driving – said Sławomir Malinowski from the Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Warsaw on TVN24. – Virtually no WORD today should not carry out the examination of the state, because there is no legal instrument permitting its conduct – he added.
The decision not to carry out tests, in addition to Warsaw, taken also places in Radom, Bydgoszcz, Wloclawek and Czestochowa. In other centers, the exams take place in accordance with the plan.
