On the eve of the Conference on Security Policy in Munich, the foreign ministers of several major countries of the world reached agreement on a plan that will lead to the cessation of hostilities in Syria. The talks were attended US Secretary of State John Kerry and the head of Russian diplomacy Sergei Lavrov.
Kerry said that within the next week will begin a gradual reduction of hostilities in Syria. He added that it will not apply the fight against the so-called. Islamic state and associated with Al-Qaeda, al-Nusra Front. In addition, the UN has set up a special group whose objective will be the release of humanitarian aid by all parties to the conflict. They also confirmed the commitment to the political transformation of the country.
The Syrian opposition has welcomed the agreed plan, but stipulated that before peace talks agreement must be effective in reality. Implementation of the peace plan seems to be extremely difficult. This ended an agreement to the effect, it would have to apply all parties to the conflict.
