Yesterday handing out leaflets in Warsaw underground Bronislaw Komorowski was an action illegal. The president did not obtain permission Transport Authority.
Terms of subway prohibits “fundraising, nalepiania posters and ads, spreading and handing out flyers and advertising materials without the consent of the Public Transport Authority.”
Yesterday the President gave away Your flyer hundreds of Warsaw in subway cars, while, as reported RMF FM spokesman ZTM, the ZTM not received a request for an official permission for distribution of any promotional materials or polling stations.
The Regulations do not provide for penalties for broken the rules, however, according to the spokesman, law enforcement officers should stop the action.
