Russia’s response to the European Commission, after the so-called ” guidelines for the issue of the rule of law. Today is the deadline, during which Brussels was expecting a reaction from Warsaw. In the list, numbering 10 pages of the Polish government stresses that it is impossible to fill the recommendations of the European Commission, because it involves a violation of the law.
In a letter to Brussels, it is written that some of the recommendations of the Commission lost by the actions in connection with the new law on the Tribunal. The letter also stated that there was no basis, contractual and basic fairness in the Commission’s recommendations.
