TVP called for tenders to provide insurance protection for the civil liability of statutory members of the company. The proceedings will be chosen company that will offer the lowest price.
The contract with the insurer to be signed on 17 November. and apply a year. TVP statutory authorities are currently insured for 100 million zł in Generali TU.
Liability Insurance will be selected in a tender board members of the Polish Television, its board of directors, deputy directors, agents and proxies, as well as their spouses and heirs.
The sum of the insurance, which is expected to reach 100 million zł, cover has as costs of legal advice and the compensation awarded by the court or arising out of the settlement.
