Smartphones long ceased to serve only as a phone and a device allowing to use the Internet. Increasingly popular video services, especially video on demand, offered by modern phones. Soon, thanks to new devices with built-in DVB-T, it is possible to receive a phone digital terrestrial television. These devices have to offer their customers a Digital Polsat and Plus.

 The first smartphones already appeared in the late 90s, but gained real popularity until 2010. Then it appeared smartphones with touch screens equipped with Android system. Currently smartphones combine the function of a mobile phone, web browser, GPS, digital camera, pager, video camera and e-mail. With the growing interest in such phones developed the multimedia market and applications.
 

 - At first, of course, was only the music, later joined by the various video services, as exemplified by YouTube. Currently, people are finding to video services, they are often of video on demand, various types of video services, all of this more and more convinces people to the growing use of multimedia – says Adam Getka, product manager at Kazam, in an interview with Newseria news agency.
 

 Currently, most new are all kinds of TV services, especially television on demand. Recent trends include television streamed through fast 3G or LTE and mobile devices receiving free digital TV DVB-T. DVB-T or Digital Video Broadcasting – Terrestrial, is a digital terrestrial television. Soon you will also see it on your smartphone. This is made possible thanks to the tuner’s invention by the British company Kazam. The company has launched a new phone with integrated DVB-T tuner, which allows you to watch channels broadcast in the framework of digital terrestrial television.

 - Placing such a receiver in the phone enables reception of all digital terrestrial television channels that are free. In the future it will be also possible to enrich the content of the different types of pay channels. Currently, it means so much that in most places in Poland, where it is a good signal level, the user is able to take the phone in your hand, pull out the antenna and watch the program – says Adam Getka.
 

 The manufacturer shall ensure that the smartphone Kazam TV 4.5 will allow for three hours watching TV. In addition to DVB-T, this model is no different from the others on the market for smartphones: runs on Android, is equipped with a 5-megapixel main camera, 4.5-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 480 × 854 pixels. Smartphone Kazam TV 4.5 will soon have to find the offer of companies like Digital Plus and Polsat. Its suggested price is 599 zł.
