ATM Group entered into significant agreements with Polsat Television – Republic

ATM Management Board announced that the company has entered into agreements for a total of 30.92 million zł.

Agreements apply to, inter alia, production of television programs, provision of technical services and rentals relating to television production as well as fees for licensing the issuance of finished television programs.

The highest value is the agreement of 14 July 2014. the implementation of the next series of episodes “First Love”. The value of this contract is 11 372 thousand. zł.

The terms of this agreement requires the liability for damages for failure to sections within and for the technical defects of the material. The value of possible penalties may exceed 10% of contract value. Accurate indication of the maximum level of fines is not possible, because it is dependent on the number of days of a delay in the delivery of the company, within the deadlines established, the next episodes of the program, as well as the technical defects in the supplied material.

The penalty in the case of a one-day delay in the delivery section of the program may reach 7 thousand. zł. This means that the excess possible to impose penalties than the equivalent of 10% of contract value will be the occurrence of more than 162 days the total number of days of delay in the delivery of the ordered series of segments in the program.

The payment of penalties does not exclude the right to claim damages exceeding the amount of the penalties.
