The findings of investigative journalists RMF FM that the prosecutor Krzysztof Drygas was removed from the investigation after the allegations would put Cezary Grabarczyk Minister of Justice.
It’s about the proceedings conducted by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrow Wielkopolski, which examines whether Grabarczyk should be responsible for obtaining illegal permit for the weapon.
Superiors prosecutor Christopher Drygas deny that there’s a connection with the plans of putting allegations to the Minister Grabarczyk. They claim that the prosecutor lost his lead this investigation, because in their opinion, adopted an erroneous tactic of collecting evidence and its evaluation – writes rmf24.pl on your website.
According to the prosecutor’s superiors he gathered incomplete Drygas evidence and therefore could not be decided on the charges. According to the reporter RMF FM evidence supplemented by the new clerk, do not give sufficient data to Cezary Grabarczyk was a suspect in the case.
Prosecutor Drygas himself admitted he did not know the reason to remove him from the investigation. He avoided answering the question whether those allegations Grabarczyk place.
